Instant Throbbing Shoulder Pain

Movistar + canguro.net = lost time and lost money

Today I have to talk about programming. Today

time to talk about how much time I lost during this evening because Telefonica (Movistar now), which is my Internet service provider (yet), has enabled me to have such a Canguro.Net begun blocked most absurd ... even propaganda eBay ... and the little propaganda in my own website.

Not only do I activate something without me asking, without telling me nothing, not inform me whether you have a cost, what are its characteristics, or how it is disabled. It even blocked a few banners that are on my Web page, a page that I spend some time for which I receive no money, and at least it costs me (almost) money in my pocket, because it keeps (almost ) thanks to the little publicity it has.

Of course, if you block the advertising to the millions of users Movistar, a high percentage of visitors to my site can not click on ads that you may looks interesting ... because they do not see ads, and the page will be kept by itself and will involve a cost to me not only time but also money ...

Of shame, come on. Reason enough to go to another provider. But ... What do I do with the little money that generated the banners? "Movistar sued because those questionable practices I will assume their expenses? I do not think it does, but I am outraged these maneuvers so strange ...

Not to mention the fun that has been to unsubscribe from this service, through a technical service department redirected me commercial, a commercial department that redirected me for service, number 900 with a speech that supposedly spelled out numbers and letters but not understood, a wait of about 15 minutes to talk to someone that might indicate an alternative way to do it, having to search the data bank to certify that angry caller from my phone at this hour of the night me, make more than 30 clicks to turn off something that someone may have disabled Movistar with 1 click ... or rather, not having ever activated without consulting ...

Which country ...
